Mood Playlist!

One great way to assist with regulating your mood is to create a playlist with music that makes you feel a certain way. For example, if you’re sad and wanting to feel a bit more happy you’d listen to a “Happy” playlist filled with songs that either bring you joy or remind you of joyful experiences. If you’re feeling a bit on edge and wanting to calm down you may listen to a “Calm” playlist filled with tunes that ease your mind and decrease your heart rate (Enya, anyone?)

Below is a link to a playlist that might give you some inspiration. This “Happier” playlist was created by Gretchen Rubin and her “Happier” podcast audience. You may also know Gretchen from her book “The Happiness Project.”
